Property manager turn-on plan
Property managers may have water turned on temporarily for 14 or 28 days for a minimal fee. This service allows for up to 5 Ccf (3,740 gallons) of water usage, and may not be extended.

Fast track plan
For a small fee, property mangers may have water turned on in rental units for up to thirty days. Charleston Water System's Fast Track Program can make the job of temporarily turning water on for cleaning purposes even easier and quicker. To activate this service, property managers will be assigned a three-digit identification number unique to each property manager or realtor.  For more information, please call our Customer Service line at (843) 727-6800.
