Customer Service Office Locations

Both of our customer service offices have a drive through and drop box for after hours payments. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Click here for other participating payment locations.

Directions

St.Philip Street Office

Going south from Interstate 26: take the King Street exit, follow around curve to stop sign and turn right onto King Street. Go past Spring St. and through the next four intersections. Turn right onto Vanderhorst Street. Our building sits on the corner of St. Philip and Vanderhorst, parking is behind the building off Vanderhorst.

From downtown area:
From Calhoun Street, turn north onto St. Philip St., go one block; turn left onto Vanderhorst; parking is behind the building off Vanderhorst.

North Charleston Office
6296 Rivers Avenue (Suite 104)

From Interstate 26 take the Aviation Exit. Take a left onto Rivers Ave (Highway 52). Go 3/4 of a mile and building will be on your right (the Post & Courier building). Our office is on the first floor.
