Auto Draft	Have the amount of each month's bill deducted from your checking account on the due date.  To sign up, simply sign the back of your bill stub and return with your next payment or call (843) 727-6800.

Office Locations	Downtown: 103 St. Philip Street North Area: 6296 Rivers Avenue Drive through & night deposit service available at both locations. Hours: 8am-5pm M-F. Click here for directions.
Other payment locations	Click here for a list of locations that accept Charleston Water System bill payments. Please note that a $1.00 service fee will be charged to use this service, and you must have your bill with you in order for payment to be processed.
Mail	Mail payments to: PO Box 568 Charleston, SC 29402-0568 Debit/credit card payments not accepted through the mail. Checks only.

Customers with hearing and speech impediments may communicate through the Tele-communications Device for the Deaf (TDD). Our downtown office located at 103 St. Philip Street has a TDD unit in place for anyone wishing to visit in person, or you may reach us by phone at 1-800-735-8583.
